As a spiritual community, we seek to follow the teachings of Jesus, who calls us to love one another, to reach out to those who are in need, and to grow deeper in our journey with God. At Westchester UMC, seekers, pilgrims, saints and sinners explore faith and doubt, justice and Jesus, peace and praise, as we journey together in the familiar and mysterious.

Sunday Mornings:

8:00 a.m. - Zoom Breakfast Church
Breakfast Church is informal - we explore scripture through questions and conversation. You are invited to grab a cup of coffee, your lapto
p, computer or smartphone and log in through a Zoom invitation at 8:00 a.m. Please email Pastor Lyda for a Zoom invitation.

10:00 a.m. - In Person Worship

Our new worship series, Purveyors of Awe begins on Sunday, March 9th. Awe and its elements have a role in our wellbeing.  Awe is a profound emotional response that can significantly impact our wellbeing and perception of the world.  Awe often arises from experiences that transcend our usual understanding, such as viewing vast landscapes, listening to powerful music, encountering extraordinary acts of kindness, or feeling heightened devotion and a Divine Presence connecting us all.

To be a purveyor of awe is to be intentional about curating a life of spiritual depth.  This has implications not only for one's own life, but also as motivation to tend to the wellbeing of others.  Let us approach this Lenten season with awe!

Rhythm & Food - Adults - it's Free!
Rhythm & Food - Adults - feeds body, mind & spirit through a shared meal and recreational music-making, using an evidence-based whole person strategy called HealthRhythms. Adults are invited to find that center in your soul where your heart is strengthened by joy, celebration, rhythm, and food. Rhythm & Food - Adults takes place every second Tuesday at 11:00 a.m. in the Fellowship Hall. After our drum circle, we will enjoy a delicious lunch together.  Drums are provided - no experience required - and it’s FREE!
